By downloading, accessing, or using LumibabyAI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LumibabyAI is intended for adults and expecting parents. You are responsible for using the app lawfully, for maintaining access to your own device or account environment, and for any activity that occurs through your use of the service.

LumibabyAI may offer ultrasound-to-photo transformations, 3D baby previews, future baby visuals, playful gender prediction experiences, AI baby-name discovery, weekly memory tracking, and related content or subscription experiences. Features can change over time and may not always be available in every region or app version.

Not medical advice

LumibabyAI does not provide diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or professional medical recommendations. It is not a medical device.

Entertainment and creativity only

Predictions, previews, or AI-generated outputs are meant for entertainment, imagination, and personal enjoyment. They should never be used to make healthcare decisions.

Uploads and permissions

You may upload ultrasound images, photos, prompts, and saved moments only if you have the right to use them. You remain responsible for the legality and appropriateness of what you submit.

License needed to operate the app

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and use uploaded content only as necessary to provide the app’s functionality to you, including generating AI results, storing history, and supporting product operations.

Certain experiences may require an active subscription or premium entitlement. Purchases and subscription billing are handled through Apple. Some app configurations may also allow feature access through rewarded or advertising-supported flows. You are responsible for reviewing Apple’s billing terms and managing renewals or cancellations through your Apple account settings.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited, attempt unauthorized access, use the app for unlawful or harmful activity, or upload content that infringes the rights of others.

AI-generated outputs may be stylized, incomplete, or inaccurate. You may share your personal results for lawful, personal purposes, but you should not represent them as medical facts, guaranteed likenesses, or clinical evidence.

LumibabyAI may rely on third-party tools for AI generation, subscriptions, analytics, attribution, notifications, hosting, and advertising. Your use of the app may also be subject to Apple’s App Store rules and any third-party terms that apply to the services involved.

LumibabyAI, its design, software, branding, and related materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these terms.

We may modify, pause, discontinue, or restrict features at any time, including for maintenance, policy, legal, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons. We may suspend access if we believe the service is being misused or if continued use creates risk for users or the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumibabyAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect output accuracy, or availability in every circumstance. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
